Please enter a Given Name (first name for many) and a Surname (family name), an email address, and a username.

If you don't enter a username, the username part of the email address will be offered.

If someone in the database already has the username requested, the same name with a digit appended will be offered. This is to assign unique usernames for future web-based email (skyMail) accounts for the organization.

Once you enter the information, an email will be sent with a computer-generated password.

The password should be changed to something easier to remember at the first log in.
