skyForms are constructed from basic HTML form tools, checkboxes, radio buttons, text areas, etc. You assemble questions and possible answers and timeLines generates the HTML code for the end user to enter data.
The data entered is captured in the database and various User Reports can be generated to present the data (Users > Manage Users).
